Return Policy

 

 

This Return Policy shall apply to products and services purchased through Our Site. In case of products and services purchased from a third-party platform, their terms and conditions and policies shall apply. 


1.    Duly Care endeavours to ensure that every transaction on Our Site is seamless and without any hassle. We take great care in delivering our products and services and adhere to the highest quality standards. We do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect  condition as per the order placed.


2.    For any incorrect product delivered to You where the delivered product does not match the item in Your order confirmation, We are happy to exchange Your product for a replacement.  Please note, that the seal of the outer carton of any incorrect item delivered has to be intact for an exchange request to be fulfilled by Us. 


3.    If any product delivered to You has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect , then We are happy to exchange your product for a replacement.  
 

4.    In case of teleconsultation, You will be eligible to raise a request for refund only in case the teleconsultation query is not replied to within 7 working days . 
 

5.    Only requests for exchange made within 15 days of delivery of Your consignment shall be considered by Us.  Any items exchanged for the first time will be free of cost to You. 
 

6.    If You receive a defective product and request an exchange of the item within the stipulated 15 days    period from delivery of consignment, and if the product of Your choice is not in stock, we will, following a quality check, offer You a refund which will be processed in 10 working days from time of receipt of returned product to Us. The refund shall be made through any online mode of payment. 
 

7.    Orders once placed, cannot be cancelled. 
 

8.    To return or exchange a product or report any damages in transit please get in touch with Our customer care within 48 hours  of delivery email us at hello@dulycare.in with Your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and an image of the wrongfully  delivered or defective item. Our customer care team will investigate the issue and respond to You within 24 working hours. We typically make a reverse pick-up within 3-4 working days. 
 

9.    Given the nature of our products and services, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution to exchange requests as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case. We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been given an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
